We collect and process the following information:

Personal identifiers. For example, name, address, date of birth, financial information about your employment status and income and proof of identity and proof of address. 

Information on your business. For example, business address, number of employees, website, business history, annual financial accounts, management accounts, forecasts and CVs from the directors and shareholders. We may require further information about your business and we will write to you to gather this information.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To help us understand your financial position.

• To help us know more about your business, what you do, where your customers are based and where your suppliers are based.

• Third-party websites like Redflag, Dun and Bradstreet

• This personal information is widely available in the public domain.

Only authorised persons have access to personal data.

All devices we use are password-protected, authenticated, and have security to prevent data from being stolen or lost.

We will periodically review the data we hold, and erase or anonymise it when we no longer need it.

We will never retain your information if it is not needed.
